El chico de la recepción fue muy amable y colaborador

No pudimos quedarnos la estancia completa y nos contactamos directamente con la dueña para manifestarle que no podíamos quedarnos todos los días ya que debíamos volver al país de origen y que pagábamos la mitad, la mujer fue grosera y nos colgó por lo cual se debió pagar por una noche lo que cuesta una semana sin entender lo que había pasado, se veía bueno pero indiscutiblemente en una nueva visita no volvería a este lugar

El servicio y la atención de los voluntarios. Las cosas free que se dan como toallas y yo no sabia, la habitacion buena y con aire. La limpieza excelente.

Los espacios comunes son geniales.

Los espacios comunes son geniales. Tiene un gran patio y un gran living. Creo que eso es súper importante ya que muchos hostels no cuentan con áreas así. El desayuno es bueno y abundante. La información que brindan es excelente. Hay un ambiente relajado, simpático y silencioso, ideal para todo tipo de huéspedes.

Quizás se necesiten más baños para la cantidad de gente alojada.

Buen alojamiento y localización, personal excelente.

El personal es muy amable y con una gran disponibilidad para resolver cualquier demanda o incidente, hicieron mi estancia muy agradable. El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado.

Había ciertos desniveles en el suelo que dificultan el acceso de personas con movilidad reducida.

La atención del personal es muy buena, te hacen sentir como en casa. Sirven un desayuno riquísimo. Y está ubicado a 10 min caminando de la terminal ADO de buses y de ahí se puede llegar a cualquier lado. Muchas gracias Dodr y Tom por todo!!

Creo que el lugar esta perfecto para descansar, en la noche...

Creo que el lugar esta perfecto para descansar, en la noche se hacen pequeñas reuniones en el patio trasero donde puedes conocer mucha gente y convivir, el diseño del lugar esta muy cool.

La organización de las habitaciones ya que primero nos habían dado una cama y cuando regresamos vimos que ya estaban las cosas de otra persona en nuestro lugar y entre los encargados no se ponían de acuerdo de cual nos correspondia, ya que entre ellos no se comunicaban las cosas

Si es tu 1a experiencia en este tipo de hospedaje....

La ubicación y en general estaba limpio aunque el refrigerador sí era un relajo

Fué mi primera experiencia en este tipo de hospedaje y aunque en general quedé conforme con el lugar haré los comentarios correspondientes esperando el hospedaje lo tome en cuenta Al personal casi no los ví, antes de las 8.30 am no había nadie ni después de las 9.30 pm, el resto del día nosé porque no estuve pero cosas que se ofrecieron en esos momentos no hubo quien me pudiera ayudar. Al bañarnos no había agua caliente y nadie nos explicó nada al respecto. Sí hay caja fuerte pero nadie comentó que tienes que llevar tu propio candado. Desayuno solo nos tocó un día, el resto de los días si tenías que sacar cosas del refri y prepararlo tu mismo, tampoco nos lo especificaron. A los huéspedes se les pide silencio después de las 11 pm sin embargo hubo quienes no hacen caso al respecto y no había nadie del hostal que hiciera algo. Me tocó un par de noches .

El desayuno era adecuado (pan, jalea, banana, cereal, leche)...

El desayuno era adecuado (pan, jalea, banana, cereal, leche), el café si era sabroso, la ubicación cerca de buses, supermercados, restaurantes, el aire acondicionado, el espejo en la habitación privada, el wifi funcionaba perfecto.

La limpieza, las duchas estaban sucias, llenas de pelos, arena y en uno de los baños habían bichillos, y en la terraza las mesas estaban un poco sucias, y la primera noche nos picaron los insectos en a habitación privada.

Wonderfully Amazing

Typical Continental Breakfast - Bread, Jam, Butter, Cereals, Milk, Coffee, Tea. Everything is provided and the Staff will always make sure that you feel comfortable and well accommodated. The space is amazing and the Pateo invites you to eat outside or just hangout. It's very close to the ADO Bus station - which is very convenient as well as to Supermarkets, restaurants, etc. You can easily get a bus to the go to the beaches or just hangout at the Parks nearby. Staff will always help you with anything you need - whether it's Tours, a blanket or just a nice place to go eat. Very helpful and dedicated. The reception and living room are pretty cool, and it feels just like being at home. IT was a wonderful break for me and I would definitely come back to stay here again. Thank you guys for everything, you've been nothing but wonderful <3

Great for value, lots of potential for future. Comfortable and pleasant for budget hostel. Thank you

Location is good for downtown. Staff at checkin, a guy from Israel originally was very welcoming and friendly thank you. Double bed with fan and locker inside the room as well as key for door and outside. WiFi good. Patio area big and pleasant enough. Lots of potential for future with a little more finance investment. Overall great stay and value. Atmosphere relaxed and quiet.

Breakfast was a little small but is a budget price so as expected. For future higher reviews, double check rubbish and completely cleaning under the beds, just attention to detail. I won't say what was under the bed but it was obvious not cleaned thoroughly at least prior to my arrival. Not a big deal for me but could be for others. Thanks for your friendly staff and relaxed stay.

Comically incompetent and slightly uncomfortable.

The common areas were very pretty.

This staff were almost comically incompetent. I understand the guy at reception was new, but it's not really acceptable to have someone working who can't tell you where it's safe/legal to park your car (and so just says everywhere is) or can't count correct change or even put you in the correct room. Eventually another staff member explained to us that he was new and fixed his errors, but then even he subjected us to "hilarious" women-can't-park jokes. They were both extremely friendly, but it was still an unpleasant stay. I warn people I meet against this place.

Nice location in Cancun

The pizza night was amazing! It was nice and close to the ADO bus station and the grocery store. The shared kitchen was great.

The noise and some light that shined into our private room at night made it hard to sleep

Our room was small, door leading into the reception and 2m from the breakfast bar, right in the middle of everybody. One shower didnt work, so there was 1shower for the hostel.

The owner of the hostel Anna and Tanya were just great.

The owner of the hostel Anna and Tanya were just great. Thay always take care of all the guests with their beautiful smile. Hostel was extremly safe and comphortable. All the staff was helpfull. Dorm room has own bathroom. Always clean. Garden is so calm. And covered by wall drawing pictures. Even there is a barbecue if you want to use. That was my best hostel in Mexico. İf you want relax you shouldnt miss this place.... Highly recomend...

Convenient.

Convenient. Close to amenities and transportation. Quiet and peaceful. Nice decor.

Needed another fridge to store food. The second fridge stopped working when I wasn’t there. One shower did not have hot water; but there were 2 other ones to use as well.

Highly recommended

Staff is great! Very colorful and nice public room. You can watch Netflix also. Very clean and tidy place. Walking distance to ADO bus terminal. Hair dryer in the room. Very big and nice garden and they have barbecue. Nice restaurants close to the hostel.

Beds are really uncomfortable.

Beautiful hostel with great people

Owners are sweethearts and the staff is great. Location is just far enough to be undisturbed and close to anywhere you’ll need to go in downtown. The place is beautiful. Hit up their Instagram if you’re not sure yet

There was no hot showers and it was really loud into the night. if you are looking for a good sleep, this is not for you. The kitchen looked pretty chaotic.
