Wonderfully Amazing
Typical Continental Breakfast - Bread, Jam, Butter, Cereals, Milk, Coffee, Tea. Everything is provided and the Staff will always make sure that you feel comfortable and well accommodated. The space is amazing and the Pateo invites you to eat outside or just hangout. It's very close to the ADO Bus station - which is very convenient as well as to Supermarkets, restaurants, etc. You can easily get a bus to the go to the beaches or just hangout at the Parks nearby. Staff will always help you with anything you need - whether it's Tours, a blanket or just a nice place to go eat. Very helpful and dedicated. The reception and living room are pretty cool, and it feels just like being at home. IT was a wonderful break for me and I would definitely come back to stay here again. Thank you guys for everything, you've been nothing but wonderful <3

Great for value, lots of potential for future. Comfortable and pleasant for budget hostel. Thank you
Location is good for downtown. Staff at checkin, a guy from Israel originally was very welcoming and friendly thank you. Double bed with fan and locker inside the room as well as key for door and outside. WiFi good. Patio area big and pleasant enough. Lots of potential for future with a little more finance investment. Overall great stay and value. Atmosphere relaxed and quiet.
Breakfast was a little small but is a budget price so as expected. For future higher reviews, double check rubbish and completely cleaning under the beds, just attention to detail. I won't say what was under the bed but it was obvious not cleaned thoroughly at least prior to my arrival. Not a big deal for me but could be for others. Thanks for your friendly staff and relaxed stay.

Comically incompetent and slightly uncomfortable.
The common areas were very pretty.
This staff were almost comically incompetent. I understand the guy at reception was new, but it's not really acceptable to have someone working who can't tell you where it's safe/legal to park your car (and so just says everywhere is) or can't count correct change or even put you in the correct room. Eventually another staff member explained to us that he was new and fixed his errors, but then even he subjected us to "hilarious" women-can't-park jokes. They were both extremely friendly, but it was still an unpleasant stay. I warn people I meet against this place.

Nice location in Cancun
The pizza night was amazing! It was nice and close to the ADO bus station and the grocery store. The shared kitchen was great.
The noise and some light that shined into our private room at night made it hard to sleep
